What the site collects

This site itself collects nothing. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no tracking script, and it loads nothing from anyone else: the typefaces, the images, the video and the one small script that gives that video a pause control are served from this domain.

The site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes information about requests, such as the network address a request comes from, in order to serve the site and protect it. That processing is described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy. It is the only third party involved in a visit here.

There is no sign-in on this site while the portal is being built, so there is nothing here for you to type, nothing to send and nothing to store. When the portal opens, this section will say what an account holds and why, before anything is collected.

What is not done with it

Information about you is not sold, rented or traded. It is shared only where it has to be to run the service, or where the law requires it.

Keeping it, correcting it

This site holds no account information today, so there is nothing here about you to ask about, correct or remove. When the portal opens, account information will be kept while the account is open and afterwards for as long as tax and company law require, and there will be a way to ask what is held and to have it corrected or removed.

Who may use the portal

The client portal is for clients of Medinah Group and the people they authorise. Sign-in details are personal: do not share them, and tell us if you think someone else has them.

What belongs to whom

The pages, the Medinah Group name and the mark in the masthead belong to Medinah Group. The photographs and the video are used under licence and remain the property of their respective owners, so they are not ours to grant. You may read and print the pages for your own use. You may not copy them into anything else without permission.

The site as it is

The site is provided as it is, and the portal may be unavailable while it is being worked on. Nothing here promises availability, and nothing here removes a right you have under Florida law that cannot be removed by agreement.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over a dispute about them.
